Reflection
1* How does sleep affect your learning ?
I think the sleep affect my learning like if i sleep more hours i can be ready to the class. and my memory may be rested for the next day in the class and I will not be tired for the class.
2* How much sleep do you get each night ? Do you think this is enough? Do you feel tired in the morning? Dependent because some times i get 3 hours to sleep then i have to stand up to the 6:00 am, but some times i get 8 hours to the sleep. So I think is not enough because some times my body feel tired when i go to the school, then some times i feel like i wanted sleep more, but some times i go to sleep in the train when i go to the school so i think i need sleep more for be prepared to the class in the school and put attention to the class.
3* Will you change what you do after reading about sleep and learning ? why or why not ?
I dont understand so much but i think that mean if not change after reading about sleep and learning is because we know that the sleep is good for the learning of each of us like good for be prepared for everything in the life and also in the school , because if we dont sleep the hours needed we can not concentrate in the class when when the teachers are teaching us, so we have to sleep many hours for be good and prepared in the school.
